Permission

The window of destiny seems so clear in the mind, but foggy to the eye. Your heart questions the bold visions being fluidly poured in your thoughts. You plead God's permission to speak, but do you surrender your heart's permission to obey? God is divine, yet so gentle and patiently wise.

Spiritual experiences are orchestrated to shape our perspective, cultivate character, and graciously guide us along destiny's path. Sometimes that path vividly resembles a forest, other times our paths resemble sunny-sides and blue skies. The former is called trials, the latter....triumphs. How do you discern the voice of destiny? Ropes tugging at your gut, the weight of ideas writing words on your brain....

Words that scream, " begin" and reveal divine instructions; or words that transcribe F-E-A-R on the seat of your mind. Entangled between time and readiness....nothing unsettles the spirit more than a call to purpose and the inner anguish that whispers," I'm not ready yet".

The voice. The one that plays sweet "melodies from heavens" is the same voice that plagues the mind with "what if'", "I can't' and "not enough" .The voice that seeks validation from people who don't possess your key of admission nor permission.

Permission-consent; authorization.

Permission is synonymous to a single highway of two passing cars-God gives you permission, you give God access.

As I write, I ponder the complexity of that analogy: access. To give a person or an experience complete access to all of you is to surrender your locus of control. If we glean the subtle messages within the paradigm shift of our perspective, surrendering can be liberating. The ability to freely embrace spiritual transformation, bound by no human force...just a natural divine encounter is our soul awakening. To live out this divine experience is purpose.

We must identify what purpose is calling us to and discover how we can gradually relinquish control. The dope experiences that give you pure bliss reveal glimpses of the call. The inner energy that excites you when you see a thing, hear a person, or have an encounter is destiny rattling at your core. It makes your spirit sing; your mind, body, and soul begin to harmonize.

Embracing and identifying the call is a journey that reveals itself as you begin to tune in to the quiet still voice and name and notice the patterns of purpose.

Cycles. Connections. Clarity.

Refuse to let the words of fear carve wounds in your imagination. Dream. Believe.

God has a clever way of compassing us towards destiny and navigating our steps.

Granting God permission and access starts will frightening "yes's" and purposeful "go's".

Green light.
