" I planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. He who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his wages according to his labor. For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's field, God's building."
1 Corinnthians 3:6-9
When a seed is planted in fertile ground , the process of germination begins. Nature begins to activate heavens plan. The earth begins to expand, roots begin to form, and life is nurtured at the core of earth's mantle.
We water. We wait.
As the plant begins to follow nature's course, the process of healthy blossoming is both uncertain and indefinite. Uncertain because we are only solely in control of the planting and the pruning. Indefinite because ultimately, the plant's process is in God's hand.
Faith + Works
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. We partner our faith with our works to purposefully root our faithfulness in Christ.
Our talents. Our kids. Our marriages. Our vision......though planted in our wombs and hearts in seed form..have potential......have PURPOSE.
Gardening class in session.
The objective: Believers will plant, plow, and wait on God's manifested plan to fulfill it's purpose.
Trust God. Trust His Goodness.
For His Glory.
Name it. Nurture it. Nourish it.
Love,
Kim
